All important or critical data should be backed up before any re-installation of software. Computer would be returned to factory settings after installation of Microsoft windows. The backup data can be re-installed on the computer

We handle your business and personal data with are, we observe all the general data protection regulation 2018 and we act accordingly
All data found on the system or external drives or disk during execution of the work shall be deleted securely

No-fix no-fee policy

If support4all has no foreknowledge or is not able to resolve the problem, then no charges will be made

Exceptions

If the customer suddenly stops our team from working further with the system, the customer will pay a minimum charge for diagnostic

If the customer is not able to produce the required software disc or product key, the customer must pay a minimum charge for diagnostics
Support4all does not accept responsibility for any loss of data however caused
